Refund policy

If you wish to exchange an item purchased through “Platform Dot”, exchanges are allowed only by items of the same brand available on “Platform Dot”.

1. If items were initially bought by brands available in-store, one may exchange these items by the same brand in-store only, not through “Platform Dot”, following the vendor exchange policy.

2. If items were initially bought from brands available only online, one may exchange these items by the same brand on the website, following the below exchange policy:

  • Customers must contact Customer Support and receive confirmation before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (on the system). Hence, “Platform Dot” reserves the right to inspect returned items and refuse exchanges that do not fully comply with these conditions.
  • If the requested item is of higher value, the price difference will be paid by the customer. If it is of lower value, the customer may purchase other items so that the total is equal or above the initial amount; in both cases, the price difference, if any, will be paid by the customer. Delivery fees may apply for the new delivery as per the delivery terms & conditions of “Platform Dot”.
  • Items that are personalized, customized, perishable, or marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, customers must notify “Platform Dot” within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or exchange only, depending on availability.
  • All sales are final, henceforth “Platform Dot” does not offer refunds in cash, bank transfer, card reversal, store credit, or credit note except where required under applicable Lebanese Consumer Protection Law.

“Platform Dot” reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
